works may be submitted after the publication of the bases, until the day October 17, 2010. 
FORMAT OF THE WORK Each participant may submit a single job, with a minimum length of 10 pages and a maximum of 15, a computer, double-spaced on one side, A-4 sheets, with font size 12 and stapled in the left margin. The cover letter must be the title of the work and the pseudonym.
PRESENTATION OF DOCUMENTATION
A folio is written on the title of the work and the pseudonym, inside this envelope will be introduced three copies of the work. It will also introduce a small envelope enclosed, outside of which is written the title of the work and the pseudonym. Inside this small envelope, a photocopy of the DNI. As well as following information: name, age, address and telephone number, work title and pseudonym.
Participants who commit any error in the submission of documentation will be disqualified.
PLACE OF PRESENTATION The works will be presented at the Casa de la Cultura C / San Antón, 46 CP 28982 Parla (Madrid) Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 21:00, or mail them certificate to the same address.
JURY The jury will be composed of persons related to the world of culture and writing in particular and will be appointed by the Corporation Municipal.
AWARDS will be held on November 28, 2010, at 18:00 pm in the Casa de la Cultura.
RETURN OF WORKS
The winning works will become property of the City of Parla. The winning works submitted will not be returned will be destroyed after the awards ceremony.
AWARDS FIRST PRIZE FINALIST
€ 1000 € 500
The winning entries will be published in a paperback book.
These awards are subject to income tax withholding
Participation in the competition implies acceptance of all the bases.
The jury will be announced the day of the awards and this will be final. The jury may make final if deemed appropriate, being empowered to address any issues that might arise.
