The Youth Council of Castilla y León is the entity that brings together the youth associations and youth councils Autonomous local, provincial and district and representing young people in this community.
The Youth Council of Castilla y Leon for 15 years developed a specific program Revitalisation of Rural Youth. 9. The Jury shall consist of representatives of the Youth Council of Castilla and Leon as well as experts to assess, as the Board may designate.

12. Ownership and use of work. The works submitted will become property of the Youth Council of Castile and Leon being integrated into your.
